About Us
Wellspring Florida is the first and only scientifically based summer fitness and weight loss camp in Florida, and one of the most effective weight loss programs in the world.
Here at Wellspring’s premier Southeast location, a former resort located steps from the ocean on the Gulf coast of St. Petersburg, boys and girls ages 11-18 join with a professional and highly motivated staff to become long term weight controllers while having an amazing summer! Rapid and dramatic weight loss is achieved through a fun and comprehensive program.Attending a four, six or eight week session, campers achieve initial success and gain skills and motivation for long-term weight control at Wellspring Florida weight loss camp, set against the incredible backdrop of wide sandy beaches and calm Gulf waters.
Wellspring Florida campers are boys and girls with common goals: lose weight, get in shape, and have fun. Enjoy team sports like soccer, football, basketball and tennis, along with swimming, biking, kayaking, weight training, aerobics and more!
Fun-filled activities, sports, and games along with a renowned approach to nutrition and culinary training, help Wellspring Florida campers develop skills necessary for initial and long-term weight loss success. These skills are reinforced through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the “glue” that holds it all together so that campers gain skills and motivation for a lifetime of weight management.
Set on a resort-style waterfront campus, Wellspring Florida weight loss camp has the best of both worlds, allowing Wellspring Florida campers to experience the beaches on the coast of Florida as well as state-of-the-art indoor athletic facilities.
